Warmbloods

In this third part of the popular and critically acclaimed Finnhorse trilogy (see also The Finnhorse and Happy to Stand), Sirkku Peltola takes the Kotala family into a more spacious place — under the cold wintry sky. These days, the enlarged and now homeless blended family also includes the Iraqi born Hamed Sahel and his trusty Lada 1200. The family is joined at their chosen place of habitation by people who have for one reason or another fallen under the stars and huddled around the camp fire: beggars, addicts and Romani refugees.
