Are there tigers in the Congo

The play in fact tells of its own work process. Two writers have been given the task of writing a comedy about Aids. They sit and consider possible and impossible situations and characters to start from. The tale gets started when the writers ask each other the question: Supposing you should be infected. How would you behave? How would you tell your wife? Your children? The people at work. In this imagined situation the writers force each other to reveal the hidden fears, attitudes and prejudices so that the play expands to speak more than Aids: about human relations and society.
